LThe Management Committee of the Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) has been formally established and has elected Mara ngeles García Chaves as its president. In addition, it has been decided to call elections for the Presidency of the RFEF, a step that will be made official tomorrow, Tuesday, September 10.

The call for elections will be published on September 11th and the deadline for submitting candidacies for the Presidency of the RFEF will open on Thursday, September 12th, until Monday, September 18th. The elections will take place on October 7th if there are several candidacies. In the event that only one candidacy is presented, this step will not be necessary.

Once the person who will hold the Presidency has been elected, he or she will be responsible for calling elections to the Assembly of the Royal Spanish Football Federation, which, once established, will elect the new president of the RFEF for the next term.
