The tampering action occurred on February 28, 2023, coinciding with the first localization failure, since the date of a plane trip to Portugal was modified in the reservation and ticket, given that he had informed AIU that he had traveled to that city on a certain day, when, in reality, he had done so two days before.
A year after these events, a new sanctioning procedure was opened by the AIU, when a sanction for an infraction derived from the three location failures was already being served. The decision of Sport Resolutions, which is not final, can be appealed before the TAS-CAS.
