While working intensively on the personal details of Rayan Cherki (21), Daniel Svensson (22) and Carney Chukwuemeka (21), Borussia Dortmund surprisingly also looks at the goalkeeper position. According to matching media reports, the black and yellow are faced with the obligation of Ajax keeper Diant Ramaj (23).
According to “Sky”, the clubs have agreed on a transfer fee of 5 million euros. Ramaj is scheduled to arrive in Dortmund on Sunday and complete the medical check at the Deadline Day. Afterwards a contract awaits him until 2029. The transfer is considered an anticipation of a possible departure of Gregor Kobel (27) in the next transfer phases, which has been associated with Premier League clubs for a long time.
As a result, it is also considered that Ramaj is first awarded to collect game practice. A corresponding option was found with FC Copenhagen. According to the “Ruhr Nachrichten”, Ramaj is to go to Denmark for six months and the situation will be re -evaluated in the coming summer. Then, depending on the decision around Kobel, a further loan is possible (note: the “Ruhr Nachrichten” had initially reported on an 18-month loan).
Born in Stuttgart, he switched from Eintracht Frankfurt to Ajax in the summer of 2023.
