Bundesliga club SCR Altach announced another departure on Monday evening: Sofian Bahloul will no longer play for Vorarlberg in the spring. The 25-year-old Frenchman is moving to Switzerland to second division club FC Aarau, who also secured a purchase option for the winger. Bahloul made 13 competitive appearances for the Bundesliga bottom team this season, in which he failed to score.
Sports director Roland Kirchler said about the loan: “Sofian has been thrown off track again and again in the last few months. A coach awaits him at FC Aarau with whom he has already had positive experiences, so that he will quickly settle in and get his playing time.”
