Inter have added Oumar Solet of Udinese to their list of potential targets to strengthen their defence next summer, but the Bianconeri\u2019s asking price could pose a significant obstacle.<\/p>\n

The former RB Salzburg player joined the Serie A side on a free transfer last October and, despite only being eligible to play from January, he quickly adapted and earned a starting spot in Kosta Runjaic\u2019s team.<\/p>\n

Solet\u2019s impressive performances in Italian football, marked by his strength, speed, and anticipation skills that frequently nullified opposing strikers, saw him grab attention and attract interest from several clubs, including Inter.<\/p>\n

Udinese\u2019s demands for Solet make Inter transfer difficult<\/h2>\n

The Nerazzurri had already been monitoring his defensive partner, Jaka Bijol, but Solet\u2019s recent displays have shifted their focus to the Frenchman, as they reportedly sent a representative to explore the possibility of a transfer.<\/p>\n

However, Tuttomercatoweb reported that Udinese has set an asking price of \u20ac30 million, which may be considered excessive for a player whose standout performances have been limited to a short period.<\/p>\n

Solet recently made a notable impression in front of Inter\u2019s players and directors, as he was his team\u2019s best player in their 2-1 defeat at the San Siro. He scored his first Serie A goal, finishing off a solo run from midfield with a powerful shot past Yan Sommer from outside the box.<\/p>\n
