Signing Jonathan David in the summer would cost \u20ac34m, even if the striker is technically available as a free agent. Sky Sport CH claims Juventus are \u2018slightly ahead\u2019 of their competitors in the race to sign the Canada international.<\/p>\n

Sky Sport CH\u00a0has reported David\u2019s salary demands to a Premier League club, revealing that the Lille forward\u2019s entourage has demanded a \u20ac9m-a-year salary plus a \u20ac15m signing bonus and commission fees around \u20ac10m.<\/span><\/p>\n

This means the transfer package for the 25-year-old would be \u20ac34m. David is technically available on a free transfer as his contract with Lille expires in June, but any interested suitor will have to pay quite a hefty fee to secure his signature over the summer.<\/p>\n

According to the report, both Inter and Juventus are strongly interested in David. Previous reports suggested the Nerazzurri had begun talks with the striker\u2019s representatives at the end of 2024.<\/p>\n

Sky Sport CH claims that Serie A clubs are strangely favourites over Premier League sides as the Italians are keener to invest in players\u2019 salaries rather than considerable transfer fees.<\/p>\n

According to the report, Juventus are \u2018slightly ahead\u2019 in the race to sign David although the striker\u2019s dream is to play in LaLiga.<\/p>\n

David revealed a few months ago that he dreamed of playing for Barcelona, the club he grew up watching.<\/p>\n
