The paths of Bayer Leverkusen and Jonas Hofmann (32) are likely to part in the summer after two years. According to a report by the “Sport Bild”, this is the result of a meeting between sports director Simon Rolfes and player advisor Dr. Marco Gutfleisch last Friday.<\/p>\n
