Atalanta have suffered another injury blow ahead of their Serie A match away against Juventus this weekend, as defender Stefan Posch is expected to be ruled out for around five weeks according to Thursday\u2019s reports.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Injuries have been a recurring issue for La Dea in 2025, as fellow defenders Isak Hien, Odilon Kossounou and Giorgio Scalvini remain out, as well as centre-forward Gianluca Scamacca, adding to previous injuries to Mraco Carnesecchi, Sead Kolasinac, Ademola Lookman and Daniel Maldini earlier this year.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Posch is now added to that list after coming down with an injury during Atalanta\u2019s training session on Thursday.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

According to reports from Gianluca Di Marzio, Posch, who joined Atalanta from Bologna during the January transfer window, has suffered a tendon injury in the hamstring of his left leg.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Initial reports suggest that Posch is likely to be ruled out of action for around five weeks, or up to 40 days, which means he will be unavailable for Juventus at the weekend.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Atalanta are heading into a massively difficult run of Serie A fixtures that begins with Juventus at the weekend, followed by league leaders Inter on March 16, Fiorentina on March 30, Lazio on April 6, Bologna on April 13 and Milan on April 20.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
