However, as he believes, <strong>important foundations have been laid to take a good leap<\/strong> this year.<\/p>\n<p data-mrf-recirculation=\"Links P\u00e1rrafos\">&#8220;The main thing is this: a lot of the really positive things that the world can&#8217;t see,&#8221; Vowles told &#8216;Motorsport.com&#8217;. &#8220;I can walk around the building and see the excellence that the pedigree of winning races has. <strong>I can see a change in what we are doing with the infrastructure, the culture, the people,<\/strong> even the commercial; it is simply <strong>a different world&#8221;, <\/strong>says the British coach.<\/p>\n<p data-mrf-recirculation=\"Links P\u00e1rrafos\">The hiring of some illustrious F1 figures, the technical director <strong>Pat Fry<\/strong> (who was once Ferrari&#8217;s) and the design director <strong>Matt Harman,<\/strong> arrived from <strong>Alpine<\/strong>are accompanied by the computer science engineer <strong>Fabrice Moncade,<\/strong> who has arrived from <strong>Ferrari<\/strong>. Yes, absolutely, because I still like to get to the race weekend and make the most of it, and this year we haven&#8217;t done that,&#8221; he says.<\/p>\n<p data-mrf-recirculation=\"Links P\u00e1rrafos\">&#8220;We have been very affected by a fairly significant number of desertions.
