The 40-year-old picked up three wins from eight games and was farewell on the night of Boxing Day. The replacement, Rui Borges, is already ready \u2013 he comes from Vit\u00f3ria Guimar\u00e3es for a fee of 4.1 million euros.<\/p>\n<p>         <\/p>\n<p>Pereira was promoted from Sporting&#8217;s youth team in mid-November after Amorim&#8217;s move to Manchester United; he had only taken over the second team last summer and also looked after the talent in the Youth League. Among the professionals, Pereira, who played for Hannover 96 in the second half of the 2014\/15 season, achieved an average points average of 1.25.<\/p>\n<p>    <\/p>\n<p>Borges is only three years older than Pereira, but he brings significantly more experience with him. He was on the sidelines for Vit\u00f3ria Guimar\u00e3es and Moreirense 49 times in the Portuguese first division, and also has 127 games in the second division on his CV.
