    The restaurant Grace<\/strong>the new gastronomic project of Patricia Trejo and Roger Nasarre<\/strong>has opened its doors at 50 Calvet Street. It is a sustainable and personal proposal: from the choice of the suppliers with whom they collaborate, to the work team, without forgetting an authentic cuisine that stands out for the use of products quality and sophisticated recipes.<\/p>\n

    The place is named after the complex character of Peaky Blinders Grace Burgess<\/strong>a transgressive, refined, sophisticated and feisty woman. A choice that was not fortuitous and with which the promoters of the establishment feel very identified. <\/p>\n

    After starting his career in the restaurant world in Gorria<\/strong>the benchmark of Basque cuisine in Barcelona, \u200b\u200band training in prestigious kitchens such as those ofe Arzak, Akelarre, the Hotel Mar\u00eda Cristina, Rekondo and Casa Urola,<\/strong> Roger Nasarre has captured in Grace his unique vision of a cuisine where local products are carefully cared for, without losing the adventurous instinct of searching for ingredients in other parts of the world.<\/p>\n
