Fabio Pecchia admits \u2018giving 100 per cent isn\u2019t enough\u2019 against Inter after Parma fell to a 3-1 defeat at San Siro.<\/p>\n

The Ducali held out for most of the first half, eventually capitulating to a wonderful piece of individual skill from Federico Dimarco, who controlled with his left heel before sweeping in with the right boot.<\/p>\n

Nicol\u00f2 Barella sprung the offside trap for 2-0 before Marcus Thuram turned in a corner at the back post, while Matteo Darmian scored an own goal when trying to stop Dennis Man for the final 3-1 result at San Siro.<\/p>\n

Pecchia has no Parma regrets<\/h2>\n

\u201cThere\u2019s not much we can say, in order to get a result against a team like Inter, giving 100 per cent often isn\u2019t enough,\u201d Pecchia told DAZN.<\/p>\n

\u201cI saw some good things, these games can help us to grow for the rest of the campaign.\u201d<\/p>\n

Parma had several chances of their own, apart from the Darmian own goal, and Pecchia refuses to change his tactical approach.<\/p>\n

\u201cI will always ask my men to try to score goals, even when 3-1 down. You need to score in order to win, that is my mentality.<\/p>\n

\u201cConceding a goal against Inter is not exactly unusual, but we defended fairly well overall, along with having opportunities to score.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe club has made a clear strategy here, we have players who need to gain experience on the field and I see them improving with every game.\u201d<\/p>\n

Parma have managed only three Serie A victories this season, but they were against Fiorentina, Milan and Venezia, along with impressive draws to hold Bologna and Juventus.<\/p>\n
