Scott McTominay has never been subbed off at Napoli, but Antonio Conte reveals that Giacomo Raspadori has recently been tested as an attacking midfielder.<\/p>\n

The Partenopei returned to the top of the table after a 1-0 home victory over Roma on Sunday.<\/p>\n

Scotland international McTominay played the full 90 minutes at the Stadio Maradona, which was hardly surprising given that the ex-Manchester United midfielder has never been subbed off since joining the Partenopei.<\/p>\n

McTominay debuted as a substitute on September 15 and then played nine consecutive matches for 90 minutes.<\/p>\n

On Sunday, DAZN asked Conte why he\u2019s never replaced the Scotland international so far.<\/p>\n

\u201cI think he struggled a bit in the first half; he didn\u2019t find much space, but we need his late runs, and the same is true of Anguissa,\u201d the Italian tactician replied.<\/p>\n

\u201cDon\u2019t forget I am also trying Jack Raspadori in that position. I think he can raise the quality further. We have an extra weapon. Today, I was happy with the impact of those who entered from the bench.\u201d<\/p>\n
