An algorithm has recommended Milan a list of six midfielders aged 25 or under who are likely to cost \u20ac20m or less in the next few months as the Rossoneri consider their options ahead of a potential swoop in January.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Reports suggest that Paulo Fonseca is keen to add another midfielder to his ranks, as Reijnders and Fofana have started in practically every game so far this season.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

La Gazzetta dello Sport ran a study using different sporting algorithms to provide a list of players who could be of interest to Milan in the coming months.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The players included are all under 25 years of age and are expected to be available for a cost of around \u20ac20m or under in the coming months, which fits in with Milan\u2019s recent spending policy.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Six midfielders recommended to Milan<\/b><\/h2>\n

Lazio\u2019s Rovella, who made his debut for the senior Italy national team against Belgium on Thursday, is the only midfielder currently playing in Serie A who has been recommended to Milan.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

La Gazzetta dello Sport also point to 22-year-old Porto midfielder Nicolas Gonzalez, who came through the youth ranks of La Masia in Barcelona.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Nigeria international Raphael Onyedika, who plays his club football for Club Brugge in Belgium, is another 22-year-old who could potentially be of interest to Milan.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Angelo Stiller, who was part of the VfB Stuttgart team that beat Bayern Munich to second place in the Bundesliga last season, is also on the list.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

23-year-old Feyenoord midfielder Quinten Timber, brother of Arsenal defender Jurrien, is another viable option for the Rossoneri. He was recently handed the captaincy at Feyenoord.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
