Juventus and Paul Pogba finally look on the same page as they are on the brink of coming to a mutual agreement which would lead to the termination of the player\u2019s contract.<\/p>\n

The ex-France international recently saw his doping ban reduced from four years to 18 months, a decision that prompted the midfielder to start expressing his will to return to play in the Bianconeri jersey.<\/p>\n

However, the Old Lady always had different views, as the only scenario they considered was terminating Pogba\u2019s deal at the Allianz Stadium by mutual consent, a move that would allow the club not to pay any penalties due to the interruption of the contract before its natural end.<\/p>\n

According to Sky Sports UK, talks between Juventus and Pogba over the termination of the midfielder\u2019s contract, which currently runs until 2026, are in \u2018advanced stages\u2019.<\/p>\n

This would allow the 31-year-old to leave the Bianconeri as a free agent and sign for another team, with a number of clubs from England, Europe, Saudi Arabia and MLS reportedly interested in his services.<\/p>\n

Pogba\u2019s salary of \u20ac8m per year was frozen by Juventus after the news of his doping ban, as the player was suspended and started to earn a minimum wage of about \u20ac2,000 per month, as allowed by the Collective Agreement with the Italian Association of Footballers.<\/p>\n
