Roma pair Artem Dovbyk and Mats Hummels have both finished in joint 29-th placed in the final rankings of the 2024 Ballon d\u2019Or.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Roma pair finish joint 29th in 2024 Ballon d\u2019Or<\/b><\/h2>\n

Dovbyk ended up on the 2024 Ballon d\u2019Or shortlist after an impressive first season in LaLiga with Girona, where he finished as the division\u2019s top scorer with a tally of 24 goals from 36 league outings.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

His impressive form in front of goal earned him a move to Roma at a cost of up to \u20ac38.5m over the summer. It took him a little while to get going in Serie A, but he has since come up with three league goals from his last six league outings.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The Ukrainian centre-forward also has two goals from three appearances in the Europa League this term.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Hummels also ranked in exactly the same position as his Giallorossi teammate. The 2014 World Cup winner played a pivotal role as Borussia Dortmund made it all the way to the Champions League final for the first time since 2013 last season.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Hus contract with <\/span>Die Borussen <\/span><\/i>ended at the end of the 2023-24 campaign, and the 34-year-old eventually signed for Roma on a free transfer at the beginning of September.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

After a long summer without a pre-season, Hummels had to wait for his Roma debut, which eventually came in the final stages of Sunday evening\u2019s chaotic 5-1 loss to Fiorentina in Serie A. <\/span><\/p>\n
