Juventus are one of the monsters of Serie A football. They are the most successful club in Italy\u2019s top-flight, with 36 domestic titles in their trophy cabinet. However, the Bianconeri have not been their dominant selves over the past few seasons, with their last Serie A title coming in 2019-2020 under Maurizio Sarri.<\/p>\n

Because the squad did not meet the lofty expectations that come with being one of the world\u2019s premiere teams, changes were abundant this off-season. Transfers in and out and the firing of coach Massimiliano Allegri mean Juventus will look much different this season, both in personnel and tactically. Thanks to an active transfer window, the 2024-2025 Juventus squad will feature a few key new faces on the pitch. The key Juventus changes in 2024-25 campaign<\/h3>\n

As mentioned, Juventus have\u00a0a new manager who has been steering the ship since<\/span> Massimiliano Allegri was fired in May<\/span>. The man picked to do that job is Thiago Motta. Coming from Bologna, Motta brings with him tactical ingenuity and a brand of attacking football that he has become known for.<\/p>\n

Dusan Vlahovic will be the starting striker, and as such, lots of pressure will be placed on him to score. After a 16-goal Serie A campaign last season, look for Vlahovic to eclipse the 20-goal mark this year. 23-year-old Nicolo Fagioli will also play a big role this season after a ban for illegal betting, which practically forced him to the sidelines during the 2023-24 campaign.<\/span><\/p>\n

All of these changes should have Juventus fans excited for the season and the idea of rising back atop the Serie A hierarchy. To that point, fall matchups with both Inter and Milan will not only be paramount for Juventus standings-wise but will also serve as great litmus tests for fans looking to see how the new Bianconeri side stack up against Serie A\u2019s best teams. Lots of change has happened for the Old Lady, and this new squad, along with their tactician, looks primed to excite fans.<\/p>\n
