Weeks ago there was talk of the most plausible candidate for sports director of a RFEF which introduced changes since the arrival of the new president of the federative entity, Rafael Louzán. The candidate for office himself, Rafa Alkortait was the one that revealed the news, indicating that although it was not closed, there were many possibilities.

As reported on Thursday ‘El Larguero’, negotiations with the former Basque footballer “are practically broken” to become the new sports director of the RFEF. As Manu Carreño has reported in the program, “there is no agreement in the duration of the contract or in the quantities”, so there is no white smoking.
