After last Monday’s visit to ‘El Hormiguero’ by Pablo Motos, Raphael had planned to record an interview for ‘La Revuelta’. The singer went to the Príncipe Gran Vía Theater in Madrid this Tuesday to record an intervention in David Broncano’s Christmas special, but had to be evacuated after feeling unwell, according to ’20 Minutes’.
The artist, who reportedly suffered cardiovascular failure, has been treated by the Madrid Emergency Service on Tres Cruces Street, where the theater where ‘La Revuelta’ is recorded is located, and later urgently transferred to the San Carlos Clinical Hospitalin which he is still enrolled.
According to the aforementioned media, upon presenting the first symptoms, the program stopped the recording of the special and Raphael left on his own feet to be treated in the ambulance that was waiting for him outside the theater.
The artist planned to offer two concerts next Friday, December 20 and Saturday, December 21 at the WiZink Center in Madrid to close their last tour. At the moment, it is unknown if he will have to cancel these two appointments, for which all tickets had already been sold out.
