The Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Real Valladolidwhich hosted the José Zorrilla stadium this Wednesday, has approved a budget of 58,671,000 euros for the 2024/25 season and the current accounts, which has had a positive result of 181,121 euros.
At this meeting, the shareholders were informed of the result of the capital increase approved at the Extraordinary Meeting on October 24, which was attended by approximately 92% of the share capital, as reported by sources from the entity.

This increase in share capital, of almost 5.6 million, has arisen from the need of the Valladolid club to increase the sports staff cost limit determined by LaLiga -41.8 million- and to settle the debt acquired compared to the previous campaign.
