Ben Stokescaptain of the English national team cricketsuffered the raid on his house by a group of masked men when his wife and young children were inside and he in Pakistan playing an international match.
Cricket star had a series of items stolen “irreplaceable” as three necklaces, a Christian Dior bag, an engraved ring and his medal of the Order of the British Empire which he received in 2020.

Stokes explained that His family did not suffer “any physical harm” in the attack on their Castle Eden (Durham) home.but that the robbery had an impact on his “emotional and mental state”.

The captain of the English cricket team posted images of the stolen items in the hope that they can stop the thieves who attacked his home: “On the night of Thursday, October 17, a group of masked people robbed my house. They absconded with jewelry , other valuables and numerous personal items. Many of these items have real sentimental value to me and my family. This is an appeal for any help to find these people who carried out this act. of some of the stolen items, which I hope can be easily identified, in the hope that we can find those responsible.
“Although we have lost prized possessions, to be clear, my sole motivation in sharing these photographs is not the recovery of material objects. It is to catch the people who did this,” Stokes insisted.
The day after the assault on his home, Ben Stokes had a poor performance in England’s defeat against Pakistan.
