ANDhe home of Stanley Johnson, Anadolu Efes player, was shot at while he was inside. The house, located in the Kagithane neighborhood, was hit twice by bullets while a third went into the apartment located below.
According to information from EKOL TV, The player was unharmed in the incident.. Istanbul police immediately started searching for the suspects and the 28-year-old, 2.01 meter forward is willing to file a criminal complaint.
Johnson signed this summer for Anadolu Efes after military nine seasons between the NBA and the G League. Drafted by the Pistons in eighth place in 2015, he went through the franchise Detroit, the Pelicans, the Raptors, the Lakers and the Spurs. Last season he played for the Stockton Kings, a team linked to Sacramento in the Development League. In his NBA career he played 449 games with averages of 6.2 points, 3.1 rebounds and 1.5 assists.
With Anadolu Efes he has played two games in the Euroleague without having yet reached the level expected of him. His averages are 2.5 points, as many rebounds and a 3.0 rating in just over 12 minutes.
