FC Barcelona has long been keeping an eye on the young talents emerging in African football who have not yet made the leap to elite European clubs. According to The journalist advanced @FabrizioRomano, Barça have closed the deal to sign Ghanaian left-back David Odurocoming from the Accra Lions, joining the Academy.
In the absence of the officialisation of the operation, Oduro would arrive directly from Ghanaian football to reinforce the youth team. Oduro spent a trial period in the youth team and, having already reached the age of majority, is fully prepared to finalise his agreement with the Catalan club.
Standing at 1.74m tall, a Ghanaian under-20 international on 5 occasions and 3 times for the under-17s, Oduro is a full-back with experience who last season played 50 games, scored 1 goal and gave 6 assists.
